We believe every square inch of your pie should be loaded. We push our sauce, cheese, and toppings right to the perimeter so there's never a pile of bare, throwaway crust left on your plate.

- Artisan, 100% Vegan Dough: Mixed daily using premium King Arthur Sir Galahad flour, water, yeast, salt, and a touch of sugar. No oil, no dairy, no animal products, and no fillers—naturally plant-based and fermented for great chew.
- In-House Smoked Meats: We slow-smoke our signature meats right here in Gladstone, packing every bite with real wood-smoke aroma, tender moisture, and crisp edges.
- Whole Pies Made Fresh to Order: We build every pizza from scratch when you order—no old slices drying out under heat lamps.

- Full Menu Daily: Our complete pizza menu, appetizers, and signature Sammers are available all day from 11:30 AM to close.
- Weekend Pasta Service: Friday through Sunday | 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
- Full Bar & Craft Cocktails: Open nightly from 6:00 PM until close. Enjoy signature craft cocktails, classic pours, draft beer, and wine.
- The Lottery Room & ATM: A private, comfortable room featuring Oregon Video Lottery machines and Keno. For your convenience, an on-site ATM is located right on the floor. (Ask a Team Member about our Lottery Room specials!)

Most entertainment nights are FREE admission unless specifically noted as a ticketed show.
During live entertainment events, guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The dining room and bar area are strictly 21+ after 9:00 PM. Our front lobby remains all-ages all day and all night.

Our Story
Gladstone’s Pizza is an independent family business, owned and built right here on Portland Avenue by The Feiler Family. There are no corporate offices, no outside investors, and no shortcuts. Every single day, you’ll find our family and our dedicated crew right here in the shop—running the ovens, taking care of the counter, and doing things the hard way so our town gets an honest, incredible meal every time.
The Craft & The Kitchen
Great pizza isn't an accident—it’s an obsession with technique, patience, and quality. We mix our dough fresh in-house daily with unbleached King Arthur Sir Galahad flour and give it a slow cold ferment for at least 24 hours to build rich flavor, light digestibility, and that signature leopard-spotted crispness. We slow-smoke our own signature meats over real wood, simmer bold scratch sauces, and load every pie edge-to-edge. No bare, dry crust handles, no wasted dough on your plate—just maximum flavor from the first bite to the last.
Our Community
We built Gladstone’s Pizza to be the living room of our town—a real place for people to come together and connect. From supporting local schools, youth sports, and town festivals to hosting free live entertainment, comedy showcases, and open mics, we’re invested in keeping Gladstone lively and strong. Whether it’s a family lunch after a game, weekend pasta at dinner, or late-night cocktails and lottery with neighbors, our doors are always open. -Refund Policy-
Our goal is for every guest to leave happy and full. If there is an issue with your order, please notify a team member, manager, or owner immediately so we can make it right.
- The Char Rule: We cook our pizzas to have a traditional "char," which intentionally includes dark, blistered spots known as leoparding on the bottom and crust of the pizza. This is an authentic feature of how we cook our pizzas, enhances flavor, and is not considered burnt. True kitchen errors (like a completely black, incinerated crust) will be addressed, but standard char and leoparding are not eligible for a refund or remake.
- Our Hospitality Promise: If you are dining with us and simply do not like what you ordered after trying it, let us know right away. At management's discretion, we will happily prepare a different item to ensure you leave satisfied, provided the original item is returned to the kitchen mostly uneaten (no more than a bite or two taken). We cannot replace food that has been fully or largely consumed.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if you contact us before the kitchen begins preparing your food.
- What is NOT Eligible: Because our food is freshly prepared to order, we cannot issue refunds, credits, or remakes for a change of mind after the food has been fully or largely consumed, undisclosed food allergies, or order no-shows (your card will still be charged in full for uncollected pickup orders).
- The Fine Print: Any order accuracy or quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup. Please contact us directly to resolve any complaints before reaching out to your bank or filing a chargeback. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
